These three departments has historically operated in silos, each with separate visions and priorities. Now united under one platform with a portfolio of ±15 products, the challenge was to create a cohesive strategy that aligns these domains with the platform and KLM’s broader objectives.
I facilitated stakeholder research and a design sprint, delivering:
✔ Unified journey map connecting the three business domains.
✔ Affinity map of research insights, identifying pain points, opportunity areas, and use cases.
✔ North Star vision focused on risk management as the common thread across all domains.
✔ 'Risk Radar' prototype, improving risk visibility for strategic, operational, & tactical decision-makers.
